Marketing Specialist

At Cápita Works we are looking for a **Marketing Specialist** to be part of the team. If you have previous experience in the area and are interested in the opportunity, do not hesitate to apply!**Responsabilities**:- Ability to develop and implement a social media strategy- Write creative copy and adjust voice and tone for 2 brands and projects- Post all social Media content- Engagement and create a community- Build out content calendar and create timeline for Campaigns- Moderate all user generated content, and get approval to repost and share- Collaborate with influencers and other brands- Analyze social metrics and report back bi-weekly- Create editorial calendars for content planning and creation- Use graphic design skills to share posts- Constant communication and campaign management to ensure all marketing efforts are- matching current campaigns, products, and goals.- Create content for and run campaigns on social channels**Requirements**:- Advanced English level- Reside in Baja California- Visa**Software**:- Canva but Adobe preferably- Social media: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube- Asana- Google AnalyticsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoHorario:- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Ingles Avanzado (Obligatorio)
