**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Setup Phase - Foundation for Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution**:
- Conduct detailed marketing audits and develop tailored marketing strategies.
- Create messaging and positioning strategies to effectively communicate brand value.
- Develop an ideal client profile and conduct competitor research to identify opportunities.
- Perform keyword research for search engine optimization and audience research for social media targeting.
- Create a 3-month content calendar and marketing roadmap.
- Perform website and SEO audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Create optimized landing pages (2-3 pages) tailored for lead generation.
- Review and set up Google Search Console, ensuring sitemap submission to Google.
- Set up Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor website traffic and data.
- Optimize the homepage to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- **Ongoing Campaign Management and Optimization**:
- Assist in the execution and optimization of paid advertising campaigns.
- Continuously monitor and improve social media presence, website traffic, and overall marketing performance.
- Analyze campaign data to track progress and recommend improvements.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
- Maintain effective communication to update on campaign performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Availability to host and organize high-end events in the showroom and attend events outside the showroom
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- PR and Networking experience
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Expertise in landing page optimization and lead generation strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand positioning, and audience targeting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Must be willing to travel and work in Los Angeles, as required.
