OBJETIVE:Initiate, plan and execute marketing campaigns & strategies that will drive high quality pipeline development for sales using available Technology & media channelsESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:- Duties include Understand customer segments, personas as it relates to designing campaigns that will resonate with established campaign targets- Specific digital campaigns to increase generation focused to offer & implementation of marketing campaigns to generate sales opportunities. Reporting and optimization for campaign performance- Consistently looks for opportunities to improve upon campaign processes to increase efficiencies and improve accuracy of targeting- Support Marketing Manager to execute events, webinars and other public relation activities- Solution Landing pages generation to accomplish campaigns for regional Solutions- Ability to create an engaging mix of distribution channels and assets that can address the various stages of the buyer's journey- Provides information to the team members & prospects in order to educate and inform new opportunities about Solera companies, portfolio and services.- Increase the return to the company through attention, prospecting, increased portfolio of prospects and campaigns- Uses time efficiently in order to meet personal & team goals and work collaboratively with other departments.- Adhere to company policies & procedures and departmental best practices.- Present a professional image at all times both internally and externally.- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Marketing team & other departments.**Skills & Requirements**- **EDUCATION**: Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience from Administration, Communication, Marketing, Publicity or related majors.- **EXPERIENCE**: 4-6 or more years of experience using integrated marketing campaigns utilizing awareness, graphic design, branding and diversity of strategies to support sales enablement program activitiesKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power Point and Word.- High level of Adobe Creative Suite & other design software Knowledge desirable- Efficiently Marketo usage & mesurement- Support local Manager in all marketing activities- Strong verbal and written communication skills to full participation in work teams.- Possesses confidence, professionalism, motivation and eagerness to succeed.- Comfortable engaging in conversations with business leaders.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with discipline & creativity.- Knowledge of the transportation industry a plus.
