.Responsible for the implementation of integrated marketing plans, projects, campaigns, and resource development aimed to educate and engage with Be The Match Mexico's supporter community, including registry members, donors, donor parents, volunteers, financial contributors, corporate partners, and the general public. Works on regional initiatives and adapts marketing efforts to the country's regional cultural differences. Supports internal communications needs. Manages projects through their development cycle and collaborates with internal cross-functional teams, as well as with our external marketing agency, to ensure projects meet defined objectives, are delivered on time, and yield effective results.ACCOUNTABILITIES1. Develops communication assets and resources- Works collaboratively with the Marketing Manager and internal clients to understand business objectives and implement multi-channel communications to meet goals. Communicates proactively by providing recommendations, plans, project status, issues, barriers, and solutions.- Provides input on project/communication strategy that defines approach and in-market tactics. Based on the strategy and campaign plans, develops resources and executes communications, in collaboration with our partner agency.- Works closely with the Design and Multimedia Specialist to develop new donor, parent, and volunteer stories, adapting CTAs to business goals. Supervises testimonial projects through completion, including video recording, editing, and publication. Manages communications and relationships with donors, parents, and volunteers.- Works closely with in-region BTMM representatives to develop and adapt marketing efforts to regional cultural differences.- Manages corporate partnerships and overviews co-marketing initiatives from creation to completion.2. Manages internal and external resources- Provides direction to project team members and external vendors, including production, design, mailing, social media, web, public relations, influencer marketing, digital ads, and others to implement tactics in a timely and effective manner.- Reviews materials from initiation through final approval, ensuring thorough and timely revisions. Ensures content for promotional efforts is engaging, increases awareness, meets defined objectives, and drives successful outcomes. Together with our lead designer, facilitates brand review to ensure materials are consistent with our image.- Provides timely and effective project management and team communication from concept through implementation.- Develops and maintains effective working relationships with partner agencies, internal clients, and business partners throughout the organization to develop and execute projects effectively.3. Measures effectiveness of efforts- Collaborates with the Marketing Supervisor to establish clear project goals and works to achieve those goals in collaboration with the project team.
