**What is your day to day?
**- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customer segments and understand their needs.- Develop and execute tailored marketing campaigns to attract new customer groups.- Collaborate closely with the region's Solution Development (SD) team and other revenue-generating professionals to align efforts and achieve the regional target of net new business.- Develop a strategic marketing plan, outlining the target customer segments, market positioning strategies, messaging, and marketing channels to maximize outreach and generate ROI.- Champion brand awareness initiatives, build stronger customer relationships, and establish a competitive advantage in the region.- Oversee market penetration efforts both in Mexico and the Greater Latin America region (GLA).- Measure and report the ROI generated through increased sales, expanded market presence, and improved brand value.
**Required Skills and Experience**:- Bachelor Degree- Fluent English- Proven experience in market penetration strategies and lead generation.- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret market dynamics and identify key trends.- Experience in creating and implementing effective marketing strategies.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
