You will be supporting the implementation of a targeted marketing strategy that aligns with the unique characteristics of the Latin American market, considering cultural nuances and local industry requirements.**Responsibilities**:- Planning of customer events and trade shows at the regional level, managing and coordinating internal processes for approvals, payment and contracts and ensure correct reflection of ROI with in SalesForce- Assist with tasks needed to keep the client projects and campaigns running smoothly- Support the production of marketing materials- Update advertising copy, reports, and presentations- Conduct market research to define target audiences for different products/services and create buyer personas- Perform competitor analysis to identify industry best practices that will help us optimize existing campaigns and ensure the success of future ones- Produce and edit content like social media posts, videos, and webinars- Monitor social media activities to assess the public's perception of the company's brand- Track projects and team activities and assist in standardizing marketing materials**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration- Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing or Business Administration- Ability to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to interpret KPI and ROI metrics- Knowledge of CRM software like Salesforce and or/ Eloqua Marketing Automation platform- Experience organizing events- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in spanish and english/ Portuguese desired but non-exclusive.
