You will be compensated with a wage of **$12 per hour**, and on top of that, you'll have the potential to earn a **discretionary commission of $50 for each leased property**.

**YOUR NEW ROLE**
You will be responsible for opening our office at **8:50 am and ensuring all doors are locked at 5 pm daily**.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also play a vital role in working renter leads, auditing Showmojo for accuracy, and retrieving feedback from all showings. You will be responsible for placing signs and lockboxes on published homes. Collaboration with our underwriting specialist is key as you review upcoming move-in dates, coordinate key pickups, and complete move-in inspections.
