**What You Will Do**
- Formulate and execute innovative marketing strategies to effectively penetrate target markets and engage distinct customer segments, ensuring alignment with established outcomes.
- Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to decipher the intricate dynamics of the market, identifying points of parity and differentiation, and translating findings into actionable insights.
- Forge valuable partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and customers, gathering their insights to comprehensively comprehend their needs and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- Contribute to budgeting processes, ensuring efficient allocation for successful execution of marketing plans.
Collaborate on developing robust financial models to guide resource allocation decisions.
- Harness a profound understanding of customer segmentation and prioritize evidence-based insights to construct persuasive value propositions, effectively communicating product advantages and benefits.
- Partner with Sales, Regulatory, Product, Medical Education and Finance areas in order to develop strategies and Marketing Projects
- Evaluate the costs and benefits of diverse marketing channels, actively contributing to the development of new channels and tools.
Set short and long-term objectives for channel enhancement, guiding their realization.
- Methodically analyze customer satisfaction data, identifying engagement trends, and segmenting data to uncover nuanced insights.
Establish a standardized approach for tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and conveying meaningful insights to the business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with medical societies, Key Opinion Leaders, and faculties.
Coordinate participation in both internal and external events.
Prepare technical product data sheets and provide support for referencing databases and technical specifications.
**What You Will Need**
- Previous experience in similar positions.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced English skills required.
- Previous experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical or similar industries
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge in Power BI and Microsoft Office package
