**Job Description (Senior Marketing Supervisor)**
The Senior Marketing Supervisor supports the performance team for the correct execution of digital campaigns.
Gets involved at different levels, executing and prioritizing projects, distinguishing areas of opportunity and identifying possible deficiencies in the operation, proposing solutions to generate a more effective flow.
Intervenes in the digital communication strategy and supports the area in identifying success indicators for each campaign or project, highlighting the strategic results of each one.
Works with the different areas involved at different levels, developing assertive relationships, facilitating the development of projects.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to work in multiple projects, challenges and meet tight deadlines required
- Confidence to take up challenges that seem intimidating for everybody else
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functional teams
- Experience in managing projects from start to finish and maintaining them including risks, actions, issues & dependencies.
- Excellent project planning, execution and monitoring skills
- Desirable experience working across all aspects of digital strategy, campaigns, in a large organization
- Analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data.
