.Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Marketing Team Leader.What you'll do:Job SummaryProvide direction and manage day to day functions of the EatonCare Marketing Center located in Queretaro, Mexico. This position must also work closely with support management in the various EatonCare support locations for Electrical and Industrial Sector.Job ResponsibilitiesLead day to day activities within the EatonCare Service Center team of Marketing employees working in the ECSC.Develop effective relationships with the USA team that they're supporting.Drive productivity within the group by utilizing electronic tools to support efficient and profitable business growth.Drive the team to have quality interactions with customers and US counterparts to drive long term business growth.Develop and retain top quality sales employees who excel at providing customer value through the execution of the sales processes, commercial savvy, and effective relationship building with customers.Gain a deep understanding of the businesses supported so that this position becomes the escalation point for the team.Train employees and coordinate training for employees on the essential functions of the position.Provide the team sales and partner enablement support.Set expectations for the team.Communicate with the customers as necessary.Other duties and projects as assigned.Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies for marketing development, skills and results.Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups.Monitor current campaigns, ensuring their staff meets deadlines, completes necessary tasks and achieves marketing goals.Possess and understand the marketing process using sales techniques.Demonstrate and understand market trends, industry issues and knowledge of competitors.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in business or marketing from an accredited institution required.Minimum 2 years as leader of people experience.Minimum 4 years marketing or interaction experience.Advanced English proficiency.Technical knowledgeDesirable experience working with Perlocate and Miro software.Project management skill to lead and work in matrix project teams and deal with multiple stakeholders.Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills.Experience developing marketing programs.Marketing management experience.Customer facing / web digital tool experience.Analytical tool and reporting experience (Excel, Power BI).US channel/marketing market experience.Experience with Microsoft Office.Skills:Drive for results.Makes Decisions & Solves Problems.Demonstrates a Collaborative Style.Promotes and Champions Change.Business Acumen.Pursues personal development.Strong work ethic, flexibility, and a desire to actively contribute to the group's success.Fluent verbal and concise written communication skills for successful performance of position.Strong analytical skills, logical thinking and process oriented.Team player
