**What you will do**:
- ** Content creation Strategy support**:Assist on the creation of assets for certain campaigns, and learn to conduct A/B tests
- ** Support in Developing Marketing Strategies**: Assist in the creation and optimization of marketing strategies, helping to build brand awareness and drive performance in the marketplace.
- ** Performance Management Assistance**: Help in the continuous monitoring and management of various marketing methods and KPIs, adapting strategies as necessary under the guidance of experienced team members.
- ** Ad Optimization Support**: Provide support in overseeing the performance and optimization of marketplace ads, helping ensure they effectively reach targeted audiences and yield a high return on investment.
- ** Content Optimization Support**: Aid in optimizing listings through updating titles, crafting engaging descriptions, and selecting visually appealing images to attract and retain customers.
- ** Collaborative Approach**: Work cross-functionally with other teams, learning to develop cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
- ** Self-Starter Mentality**: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt in a high-paced environment, progressively taking more ownership of your work stream with guidance from the team.
**What we are looking for**:
- You are currently studying or completing a Bachelor's degree
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
- You have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result orientation.
- Comfortable with Excel and Numbers: Is more than proficcient in Excel, and considered data-driven
