As a guide, you'll typically follow a path through the two years with exposure to very different areas of our business. You will have placements across Demand (Sales, Category Management, Marketing, etc).Start Date on January 2025What are we looking for?Agile graduates who have a drive for results, a desire to learn, and who can quickly build relationships.You have strong analytical skills and a keen interest in Demand areas.Aspiration to become a leader within Mars organization in Demand areas.You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring a fresh viewpoint.Adaptable and creative problem solver.Fluent in English.Open to relocating to a different MEX location for at least one rotation during your program.
