If this is you, we'd love to talk.**What You Will Do**:Lead the implementation and evolution of the Customer Data Platform across Americas:- Own CDP solution - take full accountability for end-to-end implementation.- Partnering with Brands, D2C and Digital Experience team to drive digital strategies focus on Customer Engagement and Increase of Sales (On&Offline)- Coordination of new use cases with E-Business Team & Brands- Define Business & Technical requirements align with Business Objectives- Coordination & operation of CDP Platform with multiple teams (Global, Agencies, IT)Project management of Analytical Models Projects:- Measure the impact of the projects on: Sales, Return of Investment. Customer Satisfaction & Engagement, productivity.- Time management & coordination of Analytics Team in multiple projects.- Coordination with multiple teams: Global, IT, Business Owners, BrandsCommunicate with stakeholders and keep informed about the project roadmap, progress, issues, costs, timelines, and milestones.**Who You Are**:- An experienced and Digital Project Manager / Delivery Lead with digital platform experience (5+ Years and more).- University degree in Information System, Management, Information Technology & Business or related.- Experience with Customer Data Platform Technology, Technological Projects.- Experience Managing Advanced analytics projects.- Experience of analyzing and breaking down problems and information- Experience in agile delivery methodologies and in managing work, code, tests and builds in an agile framework.- Ability to work in international environment across multiple business needs.- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meeting.- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff.- Capable of transferring knowledge to existing business and IT staff- Fluent in English, written and oral.Essity-MX**What We Can Offer You**:Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
