What You Will DoLead the implementation and evolution of the Customer Data Platform across the Americas:
Own CDP solution – take full accountability for end-to-end implementation.Partner with Brands, D2C, and Digital Experience team to drive digital strategies focused on Customer Engagement and Increase of Sales (On&Offline).Coordinate new use cases with E-Business Team & Brands.Define Business & Technical requirements aligned with Business Objectives.Coordinate & operate CDP Platform with multiple teams (Global, Agencies, IT).Project management of Analytical Models Projects:
Measure the impact of the projects on Sales, Return of Investment, Customer Satisfaction & Engagement, and productivity.Manage time & coordinate the Analytics Team across multiple projects.Coordinate with multiple teams: Global, IT, Business Owners, and Brands.Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed about the project roadmap, progress, issues, costs, timelines, and milestones.
Who You AreAn experienced Digital Project Manager / Delivery Lead with digital platform experience (5+ years).University degree in Information Systems, Management, Information Technology, Business, or related fields.Experience with Customer Data Platform Technology and Technological Projects.Experience managing advanced analytics projects.Experience analyzing and breaking down problems and information.Experience in agile delivery methodologies and managing work, code, tests, and builds in an agile framework.Ability to work in an international environment across multiple business needs.Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings.Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff.Capable of transferring knowledge to existing business and IT staff.Fluent in English, both written and oral.What We Can Offer YouOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
