We are looking for a motivated, highly experienced individual with shared beliefs and passion to come and help drive the journey.**What You Will Do**:- Fully conversant with the Company's safety management system- Ensure all Company logs/forms are utilized and distributed as prescribed- Implementing and preserving all corrective action plans issued during internal and external audits conducted on the ship- Sending ashore to the attention of the DPA "closed-out" copies of the ISM-CAR Report and ISM-Internal Audit Report forms- Any Master onboard the ship, at the time a non-conformity is corrected, is authorized to close out the nonconformity or close out the total audit if all the corrections have been implemented.- Motivating the vessels' crew by personally promoting Company policies and procedures, communicating orders and instructions to the crew in a clear and concise manner- Documenting and communicating to all crew members, their individual job descriptions, and responsibilities in an emergency- Verifying all personnel have their original documentation (license, medical certificate, etc
