Core Responsibilities
HR Operations includes work across multiple administration areas for established HR and rewards programs including:
1) Personnel records maintenance - labor contract, job history, retirement, leave records, transfers, and salary progression, etc.
2) Service desk - contact point for employees about HR related questions
3) HR employment - prepare HR employment related paperwork according to the defined template, incl.
offer/contract/promotion/job change/salary change etc.
4) May be accountable for selecting and managing HR outsourcing vendors
