We have ambitious plans for growth and need talented individuals to help shape and lead us into our next century.Global Master Data Services (GMDS) is a Shared Service for Master Data Management (MDM) supporting key SAP systems in JM for the majority of master data objects. It comprises team members in Mexico, US, UK, Macedonia, Malaysia and China and this role arises in Mexico to better serve the Americas time zone.The Master Data Analyst will create and maintain a number of globally administered master data objects in the SAP Unify and other SAP business solutions. The role ensures that all data is maintained according to the standards, policies and other reference documentation applicable. The role ensures that master data is maintained consistently across systems (SAP and non-SAP) that use that master data.Your responsibilities:- Maintenance of the master data in SAP according to the documented metadata element definitions.- Works within the SLA requirements of the service definition for master data maintenance.-- Ensures that data replication from / to SAP is monitored and checked for consistency and accuracy, and appropriate actions are taken when necessary.-- Maintains routine quality checking on master data and takes appropriate actions on deviations from norms.Requirements for the role:- Previous data management experience- Experience in working directly with business teams- Experience of managing master data in SAP for global manufacturing organization- Methodical approach, attention to detail- Logical, process-based approach to problem solvingHow you will be rewarded:We offer a competitive compensation and JM Elements benefits package including bonus, excellent pension contributions and 25 days annual leave (varies for shift-based roles).
