**Job Summary**
The Master Data Analyst Jr. will act as gatekeeper to ensure all critical data elements and documentation are both in place and correct before a new record gets created in the ERP's Item and Supplier Master databases. Will also maintain and keep up to date all the Database Management processes to enhance Data Quality across all Divisions. In addition will support the Master Data Supervisor in Data Transformation duties for the M3 implementation; and will also play a key role in the implementation of Data Governance across all Divisions in Mount Franklin Foods.
**Essential Functions**
- Responsible for creating and maintaining new and existing data in the Master Data Records.
- Responsible for managing workflows and requests for all Master Data lifecycle management processes that are already set-in place.
- Collaborates with cross functional departments to maintain the company's Data Dictionaries and Business Rules repository to enhance Data Quality across all the organization.
- Maintains all Data Governance related SOP's including but not limited to: NIE - New Item Envelope, NSMA - New Supplier Master Application, etc.
- Supports the communication and education of functional Master Data standards and definitions, following the principles stated in the Data Quality policy.
- Elaborates different Master Data analysis to support the Data Transformation side of the M3 implementation.
- Generates reporting tools in Excel with different Master Data to improve business decisions.
- Additional responsibilities including clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
**Education**
Degree in progress in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or another related field.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
