Located in our Santa Fe, Mexico City office, the Gates Lead Data Governance & Business Analytics team is looking to add to their experienced team.
The team is responsible for the development of master data controls and processes to synchronize ERP, MES, WMS and advanced planning systems across all divisions.
This role is critical to improving data quality, designing and validating integrated planning processes which improve responsiveness to customer demand changes.
The S&OP team is integral to the development and roll out of Oracle ATP, advanced planning tools and the global SAP initiative.
**Key responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the design, development, documentation of the MDM procedures.
- Lead design sessions with data teams, consultants and key stake holders.
- Analyzes and defines detailed MDM processes, tasks, data flows, and dependencies.
- Supporting requirement analysis, system analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
Performs problem and trend analyses to identify and correct repetitive problems and increase overall data quality.
- Coordinates execution and implementation of approved projects within Master Data Management.
- Develops resources to ensure successful in meeting deliverables.
- Creates and maintains SOP's for job duties.
- Ensure that the concept of a 'single view of the truth' for the assigned data domain is understood and processes left behind enabling this data to be maintained, including business definitions, technical meta data, source system identification, business rules and data quality rules.
- Work directly with Business Data Stewards at both Management and Analysts levels to develop business rules and data quality controls that would be executed through data profiling, ensuring enrichment of all critical datasets.
- Manage the FOD (finish on demand) postponement strategy and weekly coordination with the distribution centers and plants to achieve, desired service levels, inventory and work leveling.
**ABOUT YOU**
- **
5-7** **years** of work** experience** in supply chain planning, inventory management and S&OP functions
- 5 years of work experience in data mining, statistical analysis and/or forecasting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, with experience in data management and analytics
- Advanced English level (conversational)
- Enterprise data management, integration, analytical, and data quality skills.
Understanding of Oracle VCP or other planning and ERP systems and S&OP processes
- Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to learn new systems.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail: demonstrated strength in problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and analysis.
- Ability to travel as needed (approx.. 25-40%)
**PAY & BENEFITS**
- Full-Time: Monthly Salary $28,000 - $41,000 MXP (based on experience)
