**A leading company specializing in the design and manufacturing of high-end furniture for corporate, educational, and medical sectors is seeking Supply Chain Master Data Specialist**
**Position Summary**: Our team is looking for a Master Data Specialist who has a passion for data and understands the significance of data integrity in Supply Chain planning systems to support the continued success of our business. The Master Data Specialist will support the Supply Chain team by inputting and maintaining all data parameters into our systems to ensure they work as intended.
**Responsibilities and Essential Functions**:
- Manages all master data inputs to key supply chain systems: Demand Planning, Procurement, and Sourcing.
- Enforces master data policies by working closely with data functional owners and/or IT department to ensure master data integrity.
- Conducts data integrity audit to detect inconsistencies.
- Processes supplier price updates and update PO's as necessary in Microsoft AX.
- Participate in the new part number process reviewing and updating all the necessary parameters in Microsoft AX.
- Understand the impact of master data within the organization and supporting systems
- Work directly with internal customers to ensure data requests are complete and comply with specifications.
- Creates and maintains standard operating procedures related to master data (SOP)
- Participate in Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) process to ensure Master Data changes are performed.
- Participate in Test Cycles and User Acceptance Testing sessions for process enhancements to ensure data accuracy.
- Generates reports and analysis as needed.
- PO setup validation and delivery date review.
- Part ABC review and update.
- Validation of PO status between Microsoft AX and Ultriva system.
- Ad hoc Supply Chain Analytics.
**Qualifications, Skills and Education Required Qualifications**:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering and/or Information Technology.
- Ability to handle repetitive work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- MS Excel Skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data, interpret, and make sound decisions.
- Quick learner, planning, prioritization and follow up skills.
- One or more years of Master Data maintenance experiencePreferred Qualifications:
- Three or more years of Master Data maintenance experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work successfully and calmly in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
- General understanding of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX, Great Plains)
- APICS CPIM or CSCP designation
