Our site, Albéa Reynosa is specialized in Plastic Tubes manufacturing for Cosmetics, Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, Industrial and Food Markets.Scope Responsible for approximately 2,000 finished goods bills of materials annually and all associated components and values. Manages the data for TUA feeding the Feasy Check global tool. Based in Reynosa. Supervises two associates directly, including the packaging specialist responsible for the pack specs for all plants of TUA.Main activitiesData Management: Oversee the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data. Implement and enforce data governance standards and policies. Manage data entry processes and ensure timely updates.Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor the master data team. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-related initiatives. Facilitate communication between departments to ensure data needs are met.Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements for data management. Monitor and analyze data quality metrics. Troubleshoot and resolve data issues promptly.Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Generate and analyze data reports to support business decision-making. Maintain documentation of data management procedures and standards.Accountability including KPIs The Master Data Supervisor is responsible for managing the master data team's activities to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. This role includes overseeing data entry processes, implementing data governance standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-related projects. The supervisor will lead continuous improvement initiatives, provide training and mentorship to team members, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role involves monitoring data quality metrics, troubleshooting data issues, and optimizing data management workflows to enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives.Profile (Experience & qualifications) Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field. English proficiency, both written and oral communication. Proficiency in data management software and tools (e.G., SAP, ERP systems). Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices. Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
