Master Planner

Key Responsibilities:Generate Weekly Production Schedule maximizing plant resourcesCreate Job Orders based on material and capacityResponsible to generate MPS and lead follow up meetings with operations ManagersShort/midterm capacity requirement reviewLabor load reviewMaterial availability reviewResponsible for administration of the expected inventory levels of finished goods and sub-assemblies at plant by division.Interacts with factory floor to ensure the production schedule is followed based on dates and priorities givenEscalates identified risksData analysis overviewsDirect contact with Customer Service to establish agreements and coordinate on-time deliveryReview customer requirements, participate in new product introductions, inventory management, negotiate potential product end of life activities and material flow by cost centerMakes projections for KPIs, financial and operations indicators, as requested by top managementAttends and participates in meetings related to functionsMakes presentations as required for KPIsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree (Supply Chain preferred) or equivalent relevant experience in Supply Chain/Production Planning5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environmentProficient in EnglishStrong organizational, communication, and time management skillsHighly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to deal with fast-paced multiple demands and very dynamic situationsStrong leadership skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
