Required skills**- Shows attention to detail, with strong analytical and organizational skills.- Proficient knowledge of Windows-based business computers and Microsoft Office programs; specifically, Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.- Proficient ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken and written English.- Competent ability to work collaboratively with others; conduct working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization.- Competent ability to remain effective under stress and respond to pressure in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization.- Demonstrated ability to model customer-centric behaviors that lead to outstanding customer experiences.- Consistently demonstrates a commitment to policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.- Strong data and excellence skills are a must.**Responsibilities**:- Distribute production schedules or work orders to departments.- Review documents, such as production schedules, work orders, or templates, to determine personnel or material requirements or material priorities.- Request and maintain inventories of materials or supplies necessary to meet production demands.- Arrange delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to speed material flow and meet production schedules.- Consult with department supervisors or other personnel to assess progress and discuss necessary changes.- Review production schedules when necessary due to design changes, labor or material shortages, delays, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, marketing, sales, production, or engineering.- Consult with store personnel, vendors, or customers to coordinate production or shipping activities and resolve complaints or eliminate delays.- Examine documents, materials, or products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.- Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, or quality control measures.- Get quotes from outside vendors for manufactured items.- Schedule work assignments and make work orders with external vendors and manufacturing manager Keep track of expiration dates.- Monitor work-based hours and report to project and operations managers.- Follow up on quality discrepancies with external vendors.- Work with Engineering to finalize drawings.- Compile and distribute weekly reports or as requested by management.- ______________________________________________**Requisitos**:**A.
