**A Snapshot of Your Day**
As a Master Planner, your day begins with a review of production orders and capacity planning. You will work closely with the production planning, production, purchasing, order execution and logistics teams to ensure that all resources are aligned with production needs. Throughout the day, you will adjust plans as necessary to respond to changes in demand and resolve any issues that may arise to ensure smooth and efficient production. Additionally, you will participate in daily meetings to discuss progress and challenges, and work on continuous improvement of planning processes.
**How You'll Make an Impact**
- Develop and maintain scheduling of production plans middle and long term that optimize resource use and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the availability of materials and resources needed for production.
- Identify and resolve planning issues that may affect production and on-time delivery.
- Implement continuous improvements in planning processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze production and demand data to adjust plans and ensure production goals are met.
- Take responsibility for Sales and Operation Planning with a five-year vision and generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports to monitor progress and results.
**What You Bring**
- More than 3 years of specific experience in production planning or a similar role.
- Professional Background: Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Business Administration or related.
- Analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with multiple departments.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and production planning tools in SAP, and other IT tools as Alterix, Tableu, Mendix is desired.
- Technical skills in using production planning and inventory management software and ability to interpret and analyze production and demand datat
- Advanced English Level
