Job Summary
Position Summary
To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking for a Master Planner scheduler located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Responsible for working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime.
What a typical day looks like:
- Create daily production schedules.
- Overseeing that deadlines are met.
- Direct contact with the customer.
- Ensure scheduling efficiency with the use of CTB (Clear to Build).
- Liaise between material account manager and program teams in demand management.
- Work closely with production staff on accountability and productivity issues.
- Plan efficient process transaction with production staff to ensure zero downtime.
- Ensure smooth transaction from manufacturing process to raw materials.
- Develop strategies and collaborate with operational teams on capacity and equipment utilization.
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final product stage.
- Utilize process flow knowledge and experience to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business systems issues.
- Deliver training to staff members as needed.
- Report on key metrics as needed.
The experience we are looking for to join our team:
- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
- With experience in the electronics industry.
- Experience with databases such as Kinaxis will be an asset.
- Knowledge of BaaN (ERP).
- Advanced English.
