Being the primary point of contact for liaison with Sales, PVS, Manufacturing, and CX departments. Follow up on material and capacity constraints with Sourcing and Focus Factory managers. The MPS Lead is in charge of creating a Supply Plan that provides a vision of actual and projected customer requirements that enables the company to optimize resources (Materials and Capacity) to satisfy customer demand as well as support strategic business goals enabling the company to achieve the IBP Supply Plan.The Supply Plan created by the MPS Lead is the driver of all detailed material procurement, production scheduling, and capacity planning. The MPS Lead actively works with different departments as the main contact for liaison with Sales, PVS, Manufacturing, and CX. If potential risks and issues that could impact the Supply Plan Schedule arise, they work with the appropriate different departments to develop mitigation plans (ACAP, Sourcing, FF Mgr, Demand Plan, DRP, etc.) and communicate constraints and risks to the IP Supply Plan.Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Create Supply Plan from DRP and Actual Orders.Serve as a strategic liaison with sales, PVS, manufacturing, and CX departments.Identify and follow up on constraints (Material/Capacity).Commit production schedule dates on time for COR, BOR, and Expedite requests out of 10 days horizon.Request level loads in demand with CX for non-stock and DRP for stock.Provide material plan to Sourcing team to create the forecast for suppliers.Skills and Minimum Experience Required8 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.Kanban/MRP knowledge.We value diversity and are an equal opportunity organization.
