Job Description - Demand Management:.
Review demand from the client according to delay and previous commitments.

Validate demand according to S&OP from CEI/Corporate.
.
Validate and challenge demand according to load-capacity analysis .
Realize short -term demand modification analysis with production planning and production line teams.
- Secure continuity of the S&OP process: .
Organize pre-S&OP meeting with all involved teams (Method, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Facilites, Maintenance...).
Define an annual plan according to the demand with all the participants.

Challenge la according to load capacity analysis and Get Well commitments..
Follow-up on actions plan to secure the S&OP plan defined on.

Secure Get Well commitments with the clients - Update load capacity analysis (machine + manpower) according to the manufacturing plan- Define and follow-up on load capacity improvement actions to secure MPS.
- Update and secure MPS for the different production lines, considering the finished-good politics, WIPs, leadtimes, and bottleneck operations.- Manage general production data in ERP (prices, launch plans...)- Active participation in the innovation plant program.
