**This position reports to**:
Planning & Fulfillment Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule. You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrifiaction Distribution Solutions in San Luis Potosí. You will be mainly accountable for: -Generating detailed Master plan to maximize the use of resources and meet production specifications and schedules. -Establishing the sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipment dates in line with the master plan. -Monitoring performance, identifying root causes of any deviations and implementing relevant improvements. -Assisting Project Managers with clear communication of any production capacity issues, and details of material availability. -Scheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines. On this position you will have interactions with all departments doing the follow up of projects, you will have the opportunity to increase the knowledge on the area that you prefer looking for your career development.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineer or similar.
- 5 Years of Experience in Demand and inventory control planning for production manufacturing industry
- SAP and Excel proficiency
- Advanced English
- Knowledge in supply chain Management
