**Descripción y Requisitos**Responsible for analyzing the material requirements of the production plan and making sure that the material is on hand to meet the requirements. The master scheduler is responsible for managing the inventory level (excess/obsolescence). He is responsible for decisions based on the master schedule.Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through order processing, preparing overall communication, preparing quick reports and coordinating the needs of the customer service department with other support functions as needed.**Responsabilities**:- Knowledge and understanding of order planning, supply chain management tools and customer service as they relate to plant product.- Reviews production scheduling and analyzes critical components- Ability to perform purchasing functions with current suppliers that are related to the issuance of a purchase order- Reports and follows up on production shortages, expediting material if necessary and escalates the issue with management and develop a contingency plan in order to meet the requirement- Remains in compliance with inventory management and logistics regulations, material imports/exports.- Knowledge and understanding of computer modules used to analyze inventory status and needs.- Directs the use of material handling techniques.- Assists in cost reduction programs- Support and assist when new products/new parts and new production lines are in place- Responsible for maintaining and monitoring accurate inventory for production- Responsible for monitoring inventory levels to support customer demands- Understanding of safety stock levels to meet customer demand- Training of materials personnel on different replenishment systems as needed.- Works in conjunction with other departments to resolve invoice issues, BOM, etc.- Reports raw material supply days based on scheduling of current receipts, On Hand inventory, in transit and/or in stock from customer, supplier, and/or alternate warehouses.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor Degree- Bilingual 80%- 5 years of experience in the position.- Microsoft office, expert level macros.- Knowledge in customs, warehouse.- Experience in execution / creation of Kanban system and flow diagrams.- Inventory analysis and experienceTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Estacionamiento gratuito- Servicio de comedor- Uniformes gratuitos- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
