**Position Summary**
Master scheduler is charged with the responsibility of manage, establish, review, and maintain the master production schedule for finished goods. Must have substantial product, plant, process and market knowledge since his/her actions impact customer service, as it as resources, capacity and logistics planning.
**Responsibilities**
- Track the master production schedule in weekly / daily base to identify changes in demand provided by firm orders and forecast.
- Allocate the demand for finished goods and sub-assemblies in the assigned work centers taking care of the load profiles and the requested dates.
- Accountable for inventory levels of finished & semi-finished goods
- Utilize the human and IT resources to ensure timely and accurate communication of production schedules, production orders releases and production orders tracking.
- Definition, tracking and reporting of Production Planning KPI's.
- Empowerment of the personnel in charge to efficiently manage the release of production orders.
- Manage the ramp up/ramp down of new products to ensure consistency of delivery and minimization of obsolete inventories
- Provide accurate information as inputs for the Sales and Operation Plan as it as for Resources, Capacity and Logistics Planning.
- Monitoring PFEP in monthly base to ensure appropriate management of MRP planning parameters
- Root cause analysis & problem Solving on issues caused by mistakes / faults on scheduling. Develop robust improvement plans to ensure consistency of material flow.
- Work with other departments and functions to resolve materials issues.
- Expedite production and/or other supply issues according to business needs.
- Participate and provide support in continuous improvement projects.

- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Operations/Production Management, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- APICS CPIM certification desirable
- At least 3 years of Experience in a similar position
