**EMPRESA MUNDIALMENTE RECONOCIDA EN EXPANSIÓN****Solicita**:**Master Scheduler****Descripción y Requisitos**This position is responsible for leading, facilitating and driving the supply and Production Planning and site enabling the operational excellence in order to ensure on time delivery, profitability and cash flow goals and Key performance indicators- Lead Planning, Production Control and SIOP team to meet the organizational indicators (KPI) and adjust according to business needs- Drives the SIOP process through leadership in conjunction with demand planning team and deployment between plant departments- Develops leading indicators that enable visibility to short- and long-term market trends and demand- Creates a 12 month rolling Sales & Absorption forecast by Business Unit with monthly/weekly updates- Collaborates with Operations to develop a 3-month rolling RCCP- Champion's opportunities to improve supply capabilities as appropriate and process standardization- "Provides leadership and expertise to define the right manufacturing strategies (MTO, MTS, ATO) by product line and part numbers and safety stock levels"- Actively participate in annual inventory- Develop recovery plans when applicable, in conjunction with purchasing- Maintain a good and updated control of shortages and keep good follow up and communication with purchasing- Daily track of production schedule adherence and proper follow up of production activities control.- Ensure correct schedule and forecast is done to avoid E&O- Actively participate on physical inventory events**Qualifications - Internal**Required (Basic) Qualifications:- Requires a BS Degree- Prior experience working in a production planning role- Three or more years of experience working in Materials Planning role- Strong administrative skillsExcellent and verbal communication skills in English and SpanishPuesto: Administracion**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
