Master Scheduler

The Master Scheduler will be the primary interface for supply planning in the monthly S&OP process and will work closely with demand planning and forecasting, customer service, site planning and production scheduling, new product development, and other departments in order to provide input into the monthly S&OP process.Make adjustments to the master production schedule and/or site production schedules in response to changes in customer / demand requirements and operations constraints.Have responsibilities and ownership for short and long term capacity requirements planning which will includegathering and loading information into our ERP system and planning tools, understanding material, Confidencial, and machine capacity constraints, analyzing data, and providing regular updates to global and local management teams.Will gather and report regularly operations and service production metrics and KPI's, identify trends and issues, and suggest counter measures to improve KPI performance.Ensure MRP data integrity for MPS Planned items, perform inventory and consumption analysis and suggest safety stock and global sourcing options and/or strategies.Work on special assignments as they arise
