Master Scheduler / Customer ServiceMaster Scheduler is responsibility to deliver material on time to our customers, from scheduling customer requirements, shipping to launching new projects/programs/customers. This position requires little or no supervision and independent action and initiative within assigned areas of responsibility while managing multiple customers, customer locations, and plant locations.**Requirements**:- Communicate all production schedule information across cross-functional groups including Purchasing, Warehousing, Manufacturing and Quality.- Maintain data integrity in systems to facilitate efficient inventory and capacity management, customer service, and operational metrics.- Coordinate with Production Schedulers, Engineering Change Team, Purchasing, Manufacturing Sites & Projects Team to control obsolescence exposure of products being discontinued.- Analyzes customer requirements and creates level-load schedules (if applicable), which satisfy customer requirements and provides a smooth production flow through work centers.- Leads the process for sales order change management resulting from changes in quantity, design configuration, part number, Change in Design effectivity and schedule dates.- Oversee work order creation and analyze the completion of work orders to ensure the appropriate and immediate disposition of any excessive or obsolete inventory remaining at the end of production runs.- Analyze with Materials and Production Management regarding capacity to ensure realistic schedules that meet our customer service objectives.- Supports the Operations team through the analysis and creation of relevant reports.- Analyze, understand and anticipate the customer needs, ensuring that they are reflected in production activities. Enter purchase orders manually from our partners that are not already automated and ensure that our automated orders are processed accurately.- Monitor orders and plan shipment schedules with our supply chain and partner experience teams.- Manage rapid closure of issues to ensure problems are being closed in a timely manner or escalated.- Provide the Logistics needs, wants and lessons learned into new program.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, project management skills, and be able to maintain good communication with customers and the team.- Experience in working production or industrial environment.- Works from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements.- Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules.
