This role will be In charge of helping materials and production functions. Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.What a typical day looks like:- Preparing management and CFT specificized reports, monitoring of KPI's.- May include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs.- Create daily production schedules.- Supervise that deadlines are met.- Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization.- Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management.- Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.- Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime.- Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials.- Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization.- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.- Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues.- Provide training to staff members as required.- Report key metrics as required.The experience we're looking to add to our team:- Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.- Demonstrates basic people and/or process management skills.- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree, preference in Engineering and equivalent experience.- English (Mid-level)- Microsoft Office experience (Excel)What you'll receive for the great work you provide:- Food coupons- Saving Fund- Christmas bonus- Medical Insurance- Life InsuranceGR66Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
