Master Scheduler

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain master production schedules for the Tijuana and San Diego facilities.

Coordinate with production, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Manage inventory levels to optimize production efficiency and minimize shortages.

Monitor production performance and make adjustments to schedules as needed.

Communicate schedule changes and updates to relevant stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency.

Provide regular reports on production performance and schedule adherence.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in production scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with scheduling for both Mexico and USA facilities.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Visa and SENTRI pass for cross-border travel is preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per month

- 22254, Tijuana, B.C.: Relocate before starting work (required)
