Purpose Statement: The objective of the Master Scheduler role is managing Customer Demand. Care and maintenance of the customer demand from receipt of forecast to on-time shipment of product delighting the customer. Creation of a feasible Master Production Schedule (MPS) which considers available resources and highlights constraints.Key Job Accountabilities:- Customer demand receipt and order acknowledgment.- Creation of what-if scenarios to simulate demand change impact.- Create and maintain a feasible Master Production Schedule, and liaise with Production Planner to execute a plan which results in product shipping on-time.- Highlight and escalate any area of the business which may impact Customer Service Excellence with regard to product delivery.- Perform role in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures and designated Work Instructions to ensure accuracy within the organization.Additional Accountabilities:- Drive ERP system and data integrity.- Monitor production plan against actual output.- Participate in the monthly forecast process.- Proactively manage low level metrics.- Participate in continuous improvement activities.- Maintain Capacity Resource Planning tool and analyses.- Responsible for key performance indicators such as MPS Performance, Days of Inventory, Material Overdrive, On-time Shipments and E&O.- Minimal travel may be required to meet the needs of the business (estimated 10%).- Additional duties as assigned.Education/Experience Qualifications:- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is preferred.- (2) Years of related experience is required.- APICS or equivalent certification is beneficial.An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.Other Qualifications:- Communication: Effective in gaining cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific performance overviews/projects/schedules.- Talented Balances stakeholders: Serves as liaison between different stakeholders group.- Talented skill on Global perspective: Consider multiple and varied viewpoints when dressing problems and opportunities.- Talented skill on Drives results: Persist in the face of challenges and setbacks.- Talented skill on Plans and aligns: Uses milestone to diligently track and manage the progress of the work.- Strong MS Office skills with advanced knowledge of Excel.- ERP Logic Knowledge.- General office equipment and materials.- Rapid Response (Kinaxis).- Power BI basic knowledge.Work Environment:- The work setting should consist of an office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a low noise level.- This document does not represent a contract of employment and is not intended to capture every possible assignment the incumbent could be asked to perform._
