RIGHT NOW.**Title**: Master Scheduler - Saltillo**Primary Location**: Mexico (MX) - Coahuila IJD Saltillo**Function**: Operations**Main Responsibilities**:- Directs the planning and scheduling for the most complex and high impact manufacturing and material flow processes for all current production and service parts. Directs the scheduling requirements for material, delivery and achievement of the production schedule. Responsible for continuous improvement of plan the order, make the order and acquire the material sub processes. Drives material requirements and creates product schedules as well as interfactory schedules based on actual and forecast customer demand, production capabilities, current inventories and transportation time for a factory or portions of a factory with less complexity. May balance a portion of the factory workforce requirements. May supervise lower level materials personnel as back up.- Directs Production & SOP meeting with Ops Staff, take decisions and present plans to managers and director. Support & customer service all the time- Directs the scheduling of production & Service parts.- Directs the expediting and coordinating of needed production and purchased parts.- Directs future production requirements which may include workforce planning strategies to develop recommendations to ensure the machine load and work force can meet the production requirements for the department, including maintaining and planning kanbans and calculating kanban quantities.- Creates and maintains master production schedules (based on forecast).
