.**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:- Work across multiple business systems to develop consistent and translatable standard methodologies for Materials Management, Master Planner/Scheduler, and Materials Resource Planner functions.- Engage directly with key planning leadership and materials teams within the Americas factories to train on best practices and ensure compliance with standard processes.- Provide leadership and spearhead the data migrations across ERPs during product line transitions and factory moves/consolidations or acquisitions.- Manage the planning aspects of product migrations from new product/design phase to full release.- Drive inventory management through hard-working forecasting as part of the regional Americas SIOP process.- Support development and implementation of improved tools and systems to assist in predictive analytics.- Periodic travel to the Americas factories within the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. You design processes and procedures that allow managing from a distance, and always seek ways to improve processes, from small tweaks to complete reengineering.****For This Role, You Will Need**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or similar.- Planning experience.- Ability and willingness to travel internationally.- Fluent English- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical capabilities.- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation ability.- Ability to lead and work within teams in a matrixed environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:- Conversational or better Spanish.
