Master Trainer - Vision Systems / Energy Module

Are you a highly skilled technical expert with a passion for training and development? We are seeking a Master Trainer to lead our vision systems team and drive operational excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting vision systems across our production lines while developing and delivering world-class training programs.
What awaits you? Oversee all maintenance-related activities, including firmware/hardware updates, program/logic modifications, network configurations, and digitalization initiatives.Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the vision system competencies of our technical workforce.Collaborate with the planning department to integrate, install, and validate new vision systems equipment. Analyze equipment downtime and faults to implement preventive maintenance strategies.Provide technical support to joining applications, maintenance, and production departments as needed.What should you bring along? Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on controls engineering, electrical engineering, robot engineering, automotive/automation engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.6+ years of hands-on experience in controls engineering or electrical hardware development within the automotive industry or a similar manufacturing environment, with a preference for roles in production, planning, or maintenance.Proven ability to effectively train and mentor technical teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English.Are you motivated and would you like to shape tomorrow's mobility with us? - Apply now!
