Material Analyst

Job DescriptionPrimary Function of Position:Support all warehouse operations related activities and initiatives, including but not limited to data collection, data analysis, continuous improvement, process efficiency, process standardization, project development, among others.Roles & Responsibilities:Collect and analyze data to support warehouse operations efficiency through different processes such as receiving, put away, and picking.SIOP/forecast analysis and translation to warehouse space requirements, shifts, resources, or any other key variable that should be considered for readiness, budgeting, workload balancing, and team development.Kanban signals responsible for defining, implementing, and managing all related activities to support efficient material supply, avoiding downtime due to material availability and maintaining healthy WIP inventory levels.ASRS implementation support, material presentation, data collection, analysis, and validation.Lead and support CI initiatives, project development, and team engagement.SOP/DOP/WI and all process-related documentation management, gap analysis, updates, and corporate policies alignment & standardization.Design and execute an innovative reporting system for all key area processes.Identify, define, develop, and implement all training required in the area, aligned to JDs and training matrix.Design and implement various reports and prepare dashboards.Analyze, recommend, coordinate, and execute improvements to processes.Promote best practices regarding materials management related activities.Anticipate any material supply disruption by data analysis and physical validation.Support inventory accuracy level improvement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
