**Where is the work: Parque Stiva, Apodaca**

**What you will do**:

- **Inventory Management**: Oversee and manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials. Ensure accurate and timely recording of inventory transactions.
- **Process Optimization**: Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and traceability. Continuously evaluate and refine processes to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- **Data Analysis**: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Generate and present reports on inventory performance and metrics.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with procurement, production, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication regarding inventory needs, stock levels, and order fulfillment.
- **System Management**: Utilize and maintain inventory management software (ERP systems) to track inventory movements, manage stock levels, and generate accurate reports. Ensure data integrity and system accuracy.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and train inventory control staff, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to procedures and achievement of departmental goals.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to inventory control and material handling.

**What you will bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory control, material management, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, practices, and systems (ERP experience preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with inventory management software.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
