This partnership, coupled with the surging trend of outsourcing and our drive to explore further opportunities in the automotive and mobility sectors, positions us for substantial growth in the years ahead.We are looking to hire a Material Customs Freight Specialist to join our team at Toluca.What you can look forward to as Material Customs Freight Specialist:The Material Customs Freight will be responsible for managing the supply chain of materials in an adequate manner, with the objective of maintaining on-time deliveries to the customer and the supply of the production line, always monitoring the correct execution of the customs guidelines applicable to ZF administration, as well as taking care of the logistics costs.Position Responsibilities:Updating Foreign Trade applicable to ZF Toluca.Follow-up of import/export operations by air, sea, and land.Validation of invoices for virtual operations.Search of information from BILL of Materials for the correct tariff classification.Support to Central Customs for Trade operations.Customs and foreign trade window procedures.Monitoring to STTAS for trade requirements.Update and review of Logistics operations report.Review and follow up of national and international collections.Audits to carriers with their respective semi-annual evaluation.Support in the implementation of NEES.Elaboration of Logistics Metrics for performance and cost monitoring.Maintains freight cost in relation to annual projections (Minimum of expedited).Sending of weekly collection plan (national / USA).Elaboration of Bills of Lading.Review documents required for the operation (commercial invoice, packing list, letter of instructions, certificates of origin).Your profile as Material Customs Freight Specialist:Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or equivalent (preferred).Required experience: Import and export experience (minimum 2 years)
