**Job Description**:
What you will do?
Your responsibility extends to anything you ship: parts, samples, marketing products, test materials, chemicals, vehicles, returns, etc. In other words, you and your organization / location must comply with Dangerous Goods requirements in the same way you and your organization or location is responsible for other aspects of your business, such as employee safety, fire code compliance, quality specifications, testing protocols, wage and hour requirements, etc. If you ship Dangerous Goods, then Dangerous Goods Transportation requirements are simply another aspect of your business that you must comply with.
**Summary**
The Dangerous Goods Coordinator is responsible for the safe and compliant transportation of hazardous materials. This position will work closely with shippers, carriers, and regulatory agencies to ensure that all dangerous goods shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and transported in accordance with applicable regulations.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement dangerous goods transportation procedures and policies
- Provide training and guidance to shippers, carriers, and employees on dangerous goods transportation regulations
- Conduct audits and inspections of dangerous goods shipments
- Investigate and resolve dangerous goods transportation incidents
- Maintain records and documentation of dangerous goods transportation activities

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in safety, transportation, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in dangerous goods transportation
- Strong understanding of dangerous goods regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to change shifts (5x2)
- Advanced English Level
