LHR Americas recruit people from around the world to work in Saudi Arabia.**Who are we looking for?****:We are looking for a Material developer with work experience in the petrochemical industry.**Qualifications**:- Master or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Polymers Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.- A minimum of 5 years' experience in these fields is preferred- Knowledge or expertise with Polyolefin technologies, preferably polypropylene.- Broad knowledge of molecular characterization techniques for polymers.- Skills in statistical experimentation and data analysis methods.- Self-driven and proactive with the ability to identify and lead innovative opportunities.- Ability to think creatively and communicate complex technical ideas effectively in both technical and commercial environments.- Critical observer as well as a conceptual and analytical thinker.- Team player being able to drive and operate in cross-functional teams.- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.- The position requires excellent written and oral English communication skills.**Duties and **responsibilities**:- Optimizing the existing portfolio and developing new innovative products; Assisting our manufacturing and marketing organization in bringing products to market
