.**Job Description**:**Additional Job Description**:**Key Requeriments**:- Engineering: Industrial or similar experience- Fluente English**Responsabilities**- Work with Manufacturing Body Engineers and Launch Teams to develop and coordinate the implementation of automated material handling and material delivery strategies (such as ASRS's & AMR's).- Coordinate container agreements among different program stakeholders.- Develop lessons learned and continuous improvement items and incorporate into standards procedures and future lean material delivery strategies.- Implement Lean Manufacturing concepts and integrate GM-Global Manufacturing System (GMS) principles into Future Product Programs and Body Shop Locations.- Develop and drive the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP).- Develop cost studies for different material delivery strategies and alternative process.- Design, develop and implement automated material delivery systems.- Collaborate with key stakeholders (Stamping, Vehicle system, GPS & Plant Launch Teams) and other peer groups (Safety & controls) to align on automated material delivery systems, strategies and standards.Working knowledge of IE tools for operation analysis, including the use of Vehicle -Assembly Standard Time Data (STDS), Man-Machine charts, Global Material -Optimization System (GMOS), Throughput Improvement Process (TIP), AutoCAD, -Factory Flow & Microsoft OfficeDiversity and inclusion are our strengths.
