What you will do:The Material Flow Eng role is the person to develop and deploy Lean Logistics Strategies to ensure correct and proper material flow through the plant.How you will do it:- Define, maintain, and improve material replenishment flows, signals, transportation modalities and standard quantities for all manufacturing lines.- Develop part flow from warehouse/factory and internal material supply to Point of Use (POU) using Lean manufacturing concept principles.- Responsible to develop, manage & maintain Plan for Every Part (PFEP)/Logistics Parts List that delivers the best cost/service solution for every part.- Collaborate with planning, quality, manufacturing, and procurement to define material safety stock, supplier ordering quantities, packaging configuration and standard labeling to streamline receiving, ensure quality and traceability and minimize repackaging and facilitate cycle counting.- Work with manufacturing & operations to help optimize total factory costs, workstation reduction, increased workstation density, with smart use of Just-in-sequence,- Just-in-time, Kitting, and other material presentation methods.- Optimize on-site and off-site storage and frequency of milk runs to improve replenishment velocity and minimize costs.- Support layout and facility planning.- Investigate opportunities to minimize, standardize and automate material handling operations within the plant.- Develop investment proposals for solutions to address material handling opportunities.- People Management experience- Deploy JCMS standards.What we look for:**Required**:- **Bachelor's degree**:- **Intermediate/Advanced English skills (preferred)**:- **Lean Logistic manufacturing experience.**:- **Over 3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (Manufacturing Engineer)**:- **Mapping process experience**Preferred:- **SAP (preferred)**:- Lean Training (Green Belt preferred)- Manufacturing experience (HVAC a plus)- Master's degree preferred- Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.- Strong desire of learning, benchmarking.
