.Job DescriptionBring value to yourself and the organization by putting your superpowers to work!The position provides expertise system and operational wise for the warehouse processes with knowledge in other stream processes creating a synergy improving safety, quality and cost assertively.If you are an extraordinary talent willing to learn and experiment a wide range of new things within the same department, and live every day the LEGO values with the ultimate goal to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow, the LEGO Logistics area is for you.Core Responsibilities:Organize and control MRP system according to the company operative model facilitating internal logistics processes.Ensure the accuracy of the Manual warehouse by managing a team dedicated to perform cycle count, balance of orders and correct adjustments according to Finance impact.Create, develop and maintain database using systems such as Power BI, Excel, Access of critical information which enables the possibility of performing analysis and decision making.Improve processes using Lean Manufacturing tools prioritizing the safety of the personnel.Develop effective documentation and support standard work department, being the expert in system and process.Perform problem solving using systems such as SAP, COMBI, WMS, Power BI always considering the right way to do it and escalate if solution impact current processes.Perform testing of new process on system proposed by global IT giving feedback on system, operational and error correction with the standardized process.Warehouse utilization projections and conduct inventory analysis to minimize impact to production.Do you have what it takes?Bachelor´s degree on EngineeringBachelor´s degree on AdministrationAt least 3 years of experience in Warehousing, inventory control and Logistics.Knowledge of heavy equipment such as forklifts and racking systems.Usage of SAP requiredEnglish proficient level.Note: This position is based at our LEGO NL manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores.
