**Company Overview****Primary Objective of Position**Accurately kit, pick, pack and ship material while maintaining an accurate inventory consistent with production, quality and safety.
**Responsibilities**:**Technical Job Functions**- Kit, pick, pack and ship all materials using established procedures.- Demonstrate good judgment of dimensions for packaging materials and movement.- Demonstrate proper handling of material handling equipment.- Conduct cycle counts and verify inventory levels throughout the facility.- Observe established safe working and housekeeping procedures.
Promptly correct and/or notify facilitator/coordinator of hazardous situations.
**Authorities and Responsibilities**- Assumes other projects and responsibilities as directed.- Regular and predictable attendance is presumed to be an essential function of all employment.- Position reports to Warehouse Supervisor.
Primary contacts are all manufacturing, various office areas, order entry, material planners and purchasing and may have contact with outside vendors, and must communicate well at all levels and exhibit effective team skills.- This position is accountable for daily activities with kitting, picking, packing and shipping materials.
Perform assigned tasks with mínimal supervision.JOB REQUIREMENTS**Education and Experience****Basic Qualifications**- High school diploma or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.- Six months experience in a similar manufacturing environment, with warehouse experience preferred.- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
