.**Job Description**:Lead a team and provide employee development, training, and drive the performance management process as well as manage an efficient organizational structure.W ill be a detail-oriented individual that will assist in the support of strategic, innovative technologies designed to increase speed, improve accuracy and reduce costs. The responsibilities will include analyzing operations and equipment, designing workflows and reducing inefficiency. The position will support and design efficient systems that integrate workers, information, robotics and materials. The position will be required to use the GM Global Material Optimization Systems (GMOS) to institute and analyze waste elimination opportunities. All Material IE's will be training plant teams in the use and maintenance of GMOS.RESPONSIBILITIES:Executes deliverables in support of the supply chain organization's business objectives.
