Material Management Project Coordinator

Create and implement project developments, including transferring production lines, establishing KPIs, tracking projects, ensure project activities completion and provide insights and recommendations for Materials Management and Capacity Planning.
Research, collect, track, and analyze data to enhance processes within Materials Management and Capacity Planning.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather data for process improvement and project development.
- Coordinate project activities and tasks to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop project development strategies, identify goals, and ensure timely completion.
- Establish KPIs and monitor project performance to share with relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination with departments such as Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Sales, Inventory, Sales and Operations Planning (SIOP).
Serve as a representative of Materials Management and Capacity Planning to communicate actions to departments outside its scope, ensuring alignment of activities and connections between them.
**QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience 5-8 years of experience.
- Proven experience in material management, procurement, or supply chain roles desirable within the HVAC manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and inventory control principles.
